Beauty and skin care are related with others, especially for those who want to show off their best and like to dreaming in front of the mirror. People who take the good care of their of their skin, most of them are women. The care of their skin started from the early or younger age of life.
There are many way to produce a great skin .Good eating habits is most important of them. Those people who eat a lot of fruits and vegetables they got a beautiful and younger looking skin. The women who daily take good care of his skin they get a great skin. By  not smoking people are saving their skin from skin cancer. It  also very good who use the skin protection to save the skin , such as: sunscreen.
Taking proper care of our skin is essential in maintaining a youthful and healthy look. There are many different methods of skin care which are still using from the past centuries. Some of them are given below:
1. Honey is perhaps one of the oldest and most commonly used products in skin care; it’s been used as a beauty product since the days of Cleopatra and is still used today in both manufactured and homemade products for skin and for hair care.
2. Hydration – Hydration, for instance, is key to having soft, smooth skin. It doesn’t get more natural than drinking water. The skin is in great need of hydration which is why getting adequate amounts of water will indeed increase the health and luster of your skin. In fact, the average woman should be drinking about 91 ounces of water every day.
3. Tomatoes – Tomatoes, for instance, provide vitamins A and C which means they can really benefit your skins’ natural beauty. Simply cut a tomato in half and rub it on your skin. Wait a few minutes and wash it off. The results will definitely be noticeable and the procedure is so simple that it can be added to your daily skin care routine.
4. Cucumbers – Cucumbers are another wonderful option for a daily natural beauty routine. Cucumbers can help with their astringent properties for tired eyes. Those who struggle with cellulite would have great use for cucumbers also. Simply cut a slice of cucumber and rub it on the areas with cellulite and you will be amazed at the results. Indeed, there are several natural beauty tips to think about adding to your daily beauty routine.
5. Jojoba skin care is a natural remedy. Jojoba is a natural moisturizer for the skin. The oil is similar to the natural sebum of whale. Jojoba is actually a liquid wax that becomes solid below room temperature, but is known as an oil.
6. In Ayurvedic skin care there are seven different types of constitution that govern skin and hair types: Vata, Pitta, Kapha, Vata-Pitta, Vata-Kapha, Pitta-Kapha, or Vata-Pitta-Kapha. Most people fall into a combination of two of the three principles.
7. Ayurveda advises to modify one's diet, exercise, lifestyle and supplements according to one's constitution of these three humors. 
By a good skin care  one can get a soft and nice face and body. Its not a very hard work to keep your skin secure from sun and smoke .its  just about time and caring.
